Evenings and weekends we'll be at MOC (Grønningen 19, 1270 København K). Aske and I have keys, and we'll get some extra. ##Accomodation ## We rented a houseboat, it has 9 beds with bed sheets, linnen etc. \url{http://www.homeaway.dk/feriehus/p3002543} At the peak ther will be 14 people staying there so we need 5 extra airmatresses and sheets/sleeping bags. Aske and I will try to arrange that but if you can easily bring some let us know! we are good with maattresses, Christopher+Berit, Karsten and Markus brings their own, and we will find one locally. It is possible to go swimming from the boat, the copenhagen harbor is clean and safe so bring your Speedos! ##Events **Monday afternoon/night:** Hugs, beers and dinner at Julles (Vejlands Alle 139, 2300 København S aka. Amager) - drop in as you arrive from 15ish. Christian: As Monday is already taken by Julle (cool!), I would like to announce one night (maybe Tuesday then) is on me as I have birthday on the 1st and would of course like to invite you all on a drink for that occasion! **Thursday @ 17-19:** "FLOW3 introduction" at Prosa. Christian and Robert will host it. Open for everybody **Friday night:** BBQ, beers and white russians at MOC ##Transportation ## ###Biking The easiest way - by far - to get around is by bike - bring one if you can. Bikes can be rented for ~50€ for a week, let us know if you want us to arrange it. Regarding bikes, here's what we'll do: This place \url{http://cph-bike-rental.dk/} is pretty close to the boat, and no reservation is needed, so you just pick up a bike there if you need it. Else see if you can get a hand on a 'Bycykel' - they are free (with a 2€ deposit) but you are not allowed to lock them outside the official lockers, and they can only be used in a restricted area. \url{http://www.bycyklen.dk/} ###Public transportation Copenhagen has very good public transportation, but the boat is placed a bit remotely in regards to that. Use 10-trip stamp cards, 7 day flex card ore the mobile app. Just ask if you need advice. ###Cabs Cabs are generally very expensive compared to other countries. The starting fee is about 5€, and even short trips are usually close to 20€. All cabs accept credit cards. ##Sponsorships We are trying to rally sponsorships for food, bikes, etc. Please use your street cred to mention and retweet the sponsors. Use the hashtag **#t3cph** What about \url{https://skitch.com/k-fish/exwd6/prosa-professionals} – maybe better not to point everyone to them? ;) I know. That is ridiclous. just put it in there for referenc, obviously not using their twitter much ###Sponsors **The members of the TYPO3 Association:** Travel costs, accomodation, etc **Prosa:** Rooms and coffee \url{http://www.prosa.dk/in-english/} @prosadk **MOC**: Rooms, coffee and BBQ on friday \url{http://moc.net/} @mocdk **Beech**: Dinner wednesday \url{http://beech.it/} **SeeThroughWeb: **Lunch Tuesday ###Sponsoring options: Lunch: 7 x 150€ (6 left) Dinner: 6 x 300€ (4 left) Bikes: 13 x 50 € Accomodation: 2000€ *or *13 x 154€ ###How to sponsor: 1: Send an email to julle(at)typo3.org with * what you want to sponsor * name, address and VAT# of company * website, twitter handle and a logo-file h 2: get a confirmation 3: Transfer the money to; * jul.net aps * iban: DK2074520001213103 * bic/swift: NRSBDK24 * 4: after the codesprint - once the money is registered - you'll receive an invoice saying 'TYPO3 Phoenix CodeSprint sponsorship" ##Other good stuff to know The currency is Kroner / DKK, Denmark is part of the EEA and exchange rate to the euro is fixed at a very narrow window. **1€ = 7,5 DKK **is the rule of thumb **Tips are not expected. ** Employees are payed pretty well and do not rely on tips for an income, usually tips are only given if there is an extraordinary good service Copenhagen is an expensive city, **food and drinks are about 20-30% higher than Germany** (\url{http://www.economist.com/blogs/graphicdetail/2012/01/daily-chart-3)} ###Phone/Data plans If you interested in having a local phone/data plan while here, you can get a 3hr/3GB plan for 99 DKK (~14€) but they need to be ordered asap. Yes that is a 1 month plan including 3GB of data and 3hrs of phoning. The phonetime only includes danish numbers, calling and receiving calls from Germany is about 0,50€/min on top. I have to make sure that we can get the sim-cards in time, please note if you need regular or microSim Plans have been ordered for Basti, Christian and Markus. Seems like they ship pretty fast. Get in contact with Julle if you need one. ## ###Phone numbers Aske +45 53 55 51 59 Julle +45 28 58 47 14
