Here is a link to an AOE study I did for the Structured content initiative https://docs.google.com/document/d/1OybeiNxSFVxY4dK4SF8GocnPsDQ8e9gnSq0rxSDOygE/edit?usp=sharing * go further in terms of content structuring to propose something intelligent between the classic CMS and Headless, because today neither of the two is satisfying for the contributors * to build a community of editor members, they would first need to have a TYPO3 editor's ecosystem, because typo3.org, decisions, slack, etc. is too technical, and only in English. Editors may need to communicate with each other in their native language. A forum/stackoverflow platform for editors, webmasters, marketers, only but not for developers, could help them to share their knowledge, and needs. It would be a natural and permanent source of information to find out what is missing from the product, and what has a high added value or not.Agencies could register their clients on this platform so that they can rely on a network of end-users. **Expectations for this group:** * Provide guidance to the core team and the whole organisation, regarding the introduction of inative ideas * Provide research, by get into touch with other products / communities * try to rate mega trends and how to handle them in our product **Next Steps:** * introduce an ideas portal? (RF:something like https://decisions.typo3.org? but called inovation.typo3.org?) * introduce a slack channel * write a news article to announce this group * use talk.typo3.org for a public ideas discussion (RF:what is the difference between this and the ideas portal?) * collect people, to invite to this group * report to the Board about our activities * shape our ideas for the call in December * Aim to public report / kick off the project in January 2021
